✔️ Delivery times are valid from the date of posting.
✔️ If delivery is not completed due to the recipient's absence, it will automatically be scheduled for the following day.

About delivery time:
✔️ We offer free shipping throughout Brazil. All orders are sent via Correios with tracking code. Our delivery time varies from 8 to 12 business days after posting, but they are usually delivered before the informed deadlines.

The first exchange is on us!
✔️ Exchange requests must be communicated via email to sac@soulari.com.br at period of up to 7 (seven) days running, from the delivery of the product to your home.
✔️ To request an exchange automatically, the entire process is quick and secure, your exchange voucher is generated within a maximum of 2 days after receiving the product to be exchanged.
